Refund policy

I want you to love your piece of LinVonne Jewelry.  If you are not happy with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or a refund within 7 days of receipt (date of delivery).


If an item is exchanged, it must be for equal or greater value.  If it’s for greater value, customer pays difference + tax.

Customize items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please contact me prior to returning at linvonnejewelry1@gmail.com with your reason for the return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected a notification email will be sent to you letting you know the item was received.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in the original packaging and with tags on.  If the return meets these requirements a full refund for the cost of the jewelry will be issued.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping cost for the returning of their item.

For your protection, please pack your return item securely with an insured trackable carrier and retain your receipt.  Customers are responsible for providing safe shipment. A box or padded envelope is recommended. LinVonne Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
